State Affairs Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE                     
BILL NO. 130(FIN) am(reengrossed) "An Act relating to the                      
adoption, amendment, and repeal of regulations."  Without objection,           
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 130(FIN) am(reengrossed) was referred                    
to the Finance Committee.
